Ingredients

  • 800 g steak (s) (sirloin steaks)
  • 3 tablespoon oil or plant cream
  • 125 ml wine, red, not too tart
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 dash tomato ketchup
  • a bit salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • some oregano
  • 1 pinch (s) glutamate or fondor
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger

Instructions

  1. Make a marinade of red wine, tomato paste, ketchup, ginger, glutamate or fondor, oregano, cayenne pepper and salt and mix everything together well.
  2. Let the washed and drained steaks marinate in it for three hours.
  3. Remove from the marinade, drain well and carefully place in a hot grill pan. Fry briefly on both sides.
  4. Now pour the marinade sideways into the pan; it makes our sauce.
  5. Arrange the steaks on a preheated plate and pour a little sauce over them, pour the rest into a sauce boat and serve with the steaks.
  6. I serve it, in addition to french fries or croquettes,
  7. also like rice or mashed potatoes.
  8. Be sure to serve a mixed salad with it.
