Ingredients

  • 500 g pork (e.. schnitzel or minute steaks)
  • 2 small Can (s) mushrooms
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 250 ml broth
  • 3 cream cheese corners (also the one with herbs)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Herbs (e.g. parsley, marjoram)
  • Oil, for frying
  • some sauce thickener, light (to thicken)

Instructions

  1. First cut the meat into strips while heating the oil in the pan. Then fry the meat well in the oil. In the meantime, cut the peppers & onions into small pieces and drain the mushrooms well. When the meat is well done, add the onions and mushrooms and fry them. Then season the whole thing with salt & pepper and paprika powder. Then add the chopped peppers and fry briefly. Then deglaze the whole thing with the broth and bring to the boil briefly. Cut the cheese wedges into small pieces and let them melt in the broth, then add the cream. Let all of this simmer for about 30 minutes over the lowest flame and stirring occasionally. Finally season with herbs (e.g. parsley, marjoram etc.) and a little garlic powder and thicken with a light sauce thickener. This is best served with rice or spaetzle.
