  • 500 ml broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente, place in a colander and set aside. Dice the meat and onions and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the meat in it. Add the onions and mushrooms, sauté and season with salt and pepper. Now add the broth and let everything simmer for 15 minutes on a low level. Mix the flour with the cream, add to the meat and bring to the boil. If the sauce is too runny, just stir in some light sauce thickener.
  3. Season the strips with lemon juice, salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish. Place the pasta on top, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with flakes of butter. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
