  • 1 cup crème fraîche

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into fine strips. Cut the skinned tomatoes, cucumber and onion into fine cubes. Peel the garlic clove and rub it in a pan, heat the clarified butter in it. Fry the meat strips in it, season with salt and pepper, remove and keep warm in the preheated oven. Sauté the onion cubes in the frying fat until translucent, add the tomato and cucumber cubes and briefly fry the crème fraîche, tomato paste, mustard and cream in the pan and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper, stir in the shredded meat.
