  • 400 g sliced meat, chicken or pork
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 2 small carrots or 1 large carrot
  • 0.5 ½ kohlrabi
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup cream cheese, grilled pepper variety
  • milk
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • Seasoning mix (poultry)

Instructions

  1. Season the strips well, fry them briefly in a pan and then put them in a large saucepan. Chop the vegetables and fry them too. Also add the fried vegetables and gnocchi to the pot. Then pour the cream on top and heat it up. Next stir in the crème fraîche and cream cheese. Season with salt, paprika powder and other spices as needed. Let everything simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little milk.
  3. Tip: You can of course use all kinds of vegetables to taste. Onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc. would also go well.
