Ingredients
- 600 g pork
- 0.5 ½ cup water
- 1 small Can / s soup (hunter`s soup)
- 1 small Can (s) peas
- 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, cut
- 150 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Flour
- Herbs, mixed, dried,
- Tarragon, dried
- Clarified butter

- Cut pork into narrow strips, season with salt and pepper, turn lightly in flour and fry in hot clarified butter in portions.
- Deglaze with half a cup of water. Add the hunter`s soup, peas and mushrooms and let everything simmer for a while. Season with the cream and herbs.
- Whole wheat pasta goes well with it.
