Ingredients

  • 300 g turkey escalope, or chicken, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chilli pepper (s), finely diced
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 shot cognac
  • 1 dash broth
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips. Powder with starch. Finely dice the onions, chop the garlic, cut the mushrooms into leaves. Let some oil get hot in the wok. First add the meat and stir-fry, adding salt and pepper immediately. Then add the garlic, chilli and mushrooms in quick succession and stir-fry. Deglaze with cognac and immediately ignite and let burn down. Pour in some broth, bring everything to the boil quickly. Add the cream and season again with salt and pepper
  2. Delicious with rice.
