Ingredients
- 400 g pork, for quick fryin
- 3 large onion (s)
- Fat, for frying
- 150 ml water, warm
- some tomato ketchup, or curry ketchup
- Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon stock, grained

- Peel the onions and cut into rings. Pat the meat dry and cut into fine strips.
- Heat the fat in a large frying pan or in a wok, add the onion rings and fry well over high heat while stirring and turning. Add the meat and stir-fry, stirring and turning. Pour in the water and bring everything to a boil. Add the granulated broth, ketchup and Tabasco and stir everything well. Let the liquid boil down vigorously, stirring again and again.
