Ingredients
- 400 g turkey breast (e.. turkey schnitzel)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 bunch wild garlic, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, young
- 0.25 ¼ cup sweet cream or 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup goat cream cheese
- some water, hot
- salt
- Pepper, whiter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- water, hot

- Cut the turkey meat into fine strips and fry in a non-stick pan in 1 teaspoon of heated olive oil. Dice the onion and add. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and also add. Peel the garlic, fry it whole and then remove it (if you like the garlic taste, you can also add the clove chopped). Salt and pepper, deglaze with hot water. Let it steep gently. After about 10 minutes add the cream or sour cream. Then add the goat cream cheese (do not let it boil anymore, otherwise it will flocculate!) Finally, fold in the finely chopped wild garlic.
