  • 1 liter milk, low-fat or whole milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • Sugar, and / or cinnamon, and / or cocoa or chocolate

Instructions

  1. The egg is mixed with the flour in a bowl and kneaded until small lumps are formed.
  2. Bring 1 liter of milk with 1 teaspoon of salt to the boil and let the lumps simmer gently for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft. Stir frequently. Add sugar and / or cocoa / chocolate and / or cinnamon as you like, or if you like it spicy, add salt.
  3. A tasty, quick, easy and filling soup. Ideal when you have to go quickly, e.g. after a walk in the cold and you need something warm.
