Small Biscuits

I suggest a recipe for small, tender, soft and crumbly cookies. An excellent option from the “guests on the doorstep” series. I made a cookie called Strasbourg.
Cook: 30 mins
Servings: 4-5
Ingredients
- Butter – 180 Grams (softened)
- Granulated sugar – 80 Grams
- Wheat flour – 230 grams
- Egg – 2 Pieces (one whole egg and one yolk)
- Salt – 2 Pinches
- Vanillin – 1 Teaspoon
- Kernels – 30 Grams (or candied fruits, raisins, for decoration)
Directions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Put softened butter, granulated sugar, vanillin, one whole egg and one yolk in a mixing bowl.
- Sift flour into a bowl.
- Knead the dough, it should not be liquid, but not too thick.
- You can take a piece of dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it with a fork, or you can put it in a pastry bag and put it on a baking sheet using the “star” attachment. Decorate the center with kernels or dried cranberries. Bake the cookies in the oven at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- The cookie is ready.
