  • 140 g smoked meat, cooked
  • 60 g onion (s), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped parsley, chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes.
  2. Roast the onion in hot oil with butter, add the meat and roast for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the drained pasta, mix everything together, season with salt and pepper and fold in the parsley. Arrange in very well preheated, deep plates.
  3. A green or mixed salad goes well with it.
