Smoothie “Traffic Light”

I love bright striped smoothies))) And in general, I love recipes for a blender from fruits and berries.
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Kiwi – 1-2 pcs.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Raspberries – 0.5-1 glass
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Cream – 1-2 tbsp
Directions
- First, beat the raspberries with a blender (they do not oxidize). Add sugar, mix and set aside.
- Kiwi should be taken soft, ripe. Peel it and chop it finely. Beat the kiwi with a blender. Add honey and beat again.
- Then peel and quickly chop the banana and puree the banana very quickly with a blender. Add cream and puree again.
- All products are prepared. Put the Traffic Light smoothie in layers in a tall transparent glass. First, we spread the kiwi, then the banana, and at the end – the raspberries.
- The Traffic Light smoothie is ready.
