Snack Cake-Salad From Crackers, with Canned Fish

This dish is a cross between a salad and a snack cake. Cracker salad cake with canned sardines and cheese is an original appetizer made in the shape of a flower. Add this salad to the New Year’s menu 2021, your guests will be satisfied!

Ingredients

  • Salted cracker – 100 g
  • Canned sardine – 240 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Onions – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 7 tbsp
  • Parsley – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s start forming a snack cake. Take a flat plate with a large bottom dia. Lightly grease the bottom with mayonnaise, using 0.5-1 tbsp. We do this in order to fix our crackers so that they do not slip along the bottom. Put cookies on the bottom. One layer will turn out to lay out about 10 pieces. First lay out the intact ones, how many will fit.
  2. Then fill the free space with halves.
  3. Peel and rub 3 eggs on a fine grater. Add a garlic clove squeezed through a press to them. Let’s leave one egg for decorating a snack.
  4. Combine the cheese, previously grated, an egg and 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Let’s mix. We got a “spread” for the crackers. Let’s divide it into three parts.
  6. Spread the bottom layer of the lined crackers with one part of the egg-cheese mass.
  7. Place the next layer of crackers neatly over the first.
  8. Lightly coat this layer with mayonnaise and spread half of the sardine on it.
  9. Put half the onion on a layer of sardines.
  10. Spread the crackers again, and again the egg-cheese spread on them.
  11. Next – again a layer of crackers, grease them with mayonnaise. And then we repeat everything: sardine, onion, cracker, egg and cheese spread.
  12. Divide the remaining egg into white and yolk. Rub the protein on a fine grater.
  13. And rub the yolk on a fine grater.
  14. Put the yolk in the center of the flower, and the protein on the rest of the surface. Decorate the snack crackers cake with parsley.
  15. Snack cake-salad of crackers, with canned fish and cheese, ready. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two before serving.
