Snack Cheese Balls with Red Fish

We are preparing a simply gorgeous cheese appetizer with red fish – it is incredibly tender, appetizing, and very tasty. The appetizer is ideal for a festive table. It is as simple as possible to prepare, in a matter of minutes, but it flies off the table even faster because everyone will be happy to taste a tender ball of two types of cheese (creamy and hard), red fish, onions, and boiled eggs that melt in the mouth.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Red fish – 120 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Cream cheese – 80 g
  • Red onion – 40 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh herbs for decoration (optional) – a few leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes after boiling (hard-boiled), then transfer to a bowl of cold water and cool.
  2. Peel and cut red onions into small cubes as possible. Cut the red fish into small pieces.
  3. Grate hard cheese on the finest grater.
  4. Transfer all ingredients to a deep bowl. Peel the eggs divided them into whites and yolks. Grate egg whites on a fine grater, add to a bowl. Also, grate the yolks and leave them aside for garnish.
  5. Add soft cream cheese to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Stir all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. Form balls from the prepared mass.
  8. Sprinkle the balls with grated yolks.
  9. Decorate the finished snack with herbs if desired. Serve the cheese balls with crackers or bread.
