Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 100 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 250 g cornstarch, best
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 g powdered suar, for arnish

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except for the icing sugar, which is needed for garnishing) with the hand mixer and knead into a smooth dough. Now shape small balls about 2 cm in diameter by hand. Then press a fork deep into the balls to create a pattern.
  2. Now bake the cookies at about 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Roll it in powdered sugar while it is still warm.
  4. Snow cookies belong in the biscuit tin, are nice and crumbly and melt on the tongue.
