- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 150 g chocolate, white, chopped

- First of all, soft butter, brown and white sugar and vanilla paste are whipped for about 3 to 4 minutes with a mixer or a food processor until they are creamy white.
- Then the eggs gradually come in and are completely mixed in.
- Now the flour, baking soda and salt are mixed and stirred into the liquid mixture as briefly as possible. Finally, the walnuts are added to the batter.
- Now the dough is e.g., with an ice cream scoop or two spoons with enough space on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put the white chocolate on the pile.
- The cookies are baked at 200 ° C top and bottom heat in a preheated oven for approx. 8 to 12 minutes. When the cookies turn golden brown on the outside, they`re done. Do not leave them in the oven any longer or they will become hard and dry.
- Before the cookies are removed from the baking paper and placed in a storage jar, they should be allowed to cool, otherwise they are very fragile.
