Ingredients

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack aroma (Citroback)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

For covering:

  • 1 glass sour cherries, (drained well)
  • 100 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 100 g almond (s) (pens)
  • 80 g suar
  • 80 g butter

Instructions

  1. Dough: Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, Citroback little by little with the eggs. Add the remaining dough ingredients to the creamy mixture and stir in well.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and spread the drained sour cherries on top.
  3. Cut the marzipan into small pieces and mix with 1 tablespoon flour, then spread on the dough.
  4. Bake at 175 ° top and bottom heat for 25 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter for the cover in a saucepan - fold in the sugar and almonds. Let the mixture cool down a little. After the first baking time, distribute on the dough and bake for another 20 minutes at the same temperature.
