- 500 g low-fat quark
- 150 g yourt (0.3% / 1.5%)
- 5 tablespoon vinegar
- some salt and pepper
- Herbs, (8 herbs frozen)

- Mix 500g low-fat quark with 150g yogurt and stir well. Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Now, depending on your taste, add the 8 frozen herbs and stir well again.
- This goes well with jacket potatoes and fish. A very tasty, simple and easy recipe. Of course also suitable for dipping.
