Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, beef or half and half
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 3 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • herbs Provence
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 point tomato (s), happened

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the oil. Then add the minced meat and fry lightly. Now add the finely chopped garlic cloves so they don`t turn too brown. Now add the bell peppers, zucchini, aubergine, beefsteak tomatoes and mushrooms one after the other, diced everything Now season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and the herbs of Provence. Finally, fill up with the tomatoes and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
  2. Baguette bread or rice simply tastes good with it.
  3. Tip: If you like it a little more spicy, you can add instant broth, e.g. from the health food store, to taste.
