Ingredients
- 1 sachet shredded soy meat
- 2 liters vegetable stock
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon gyros spice

- Cook the soy shredded in the vegetable stock. Drain, rinse with cold water, squeeze out well and pat dry. Mix a marinade from the oil and gyros spice and add the Schnetzel, mix well and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the pan and fry the Schnetzel vigorously, turning more often.
- Vegan tzatziki and coleslaw go well with this.
