Ingredients

  • 300 g spahetti
  • Salt water
  • 500 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (Habanero)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a saucepan and cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside. Roughly dice the onions and finely dice the garlic. Chop the chilli very finely.
  2. Roast the onions, garlic and tomato paste vigorously in a hot pan, then add the chilli and fry briefly. Deglaze the whole thing with the tomatoes and bring to the boil.
  3. Remove from heat and season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Put the pasta in the sauce and mix well.
  4. I recommend grated cheese to taste, e.g., Edam, mozzarella or Parmesan.
