Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti or spahettoni
  • 200 g parmesan, rated
  • Pepper, coarsely ground
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water. The cooking water is collected when draining.
  2. Pour boiling water over the spaghetti in a well-warmed bowl and carefully stir in a little parmesan or pecorino cheese. Then add some water and some cheese again. Proceed in this way until the spaghetti is generously coated in a creamy cheese sauce.
  3. At the end, plenty of freshly from the mill pepper is added.
