Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 400 g tomato (s), chopped (1 small can)
  • 2 cups cottage cheese, (approx. 400 g)
  • 200 g parmesan, rated
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, finely chopped (e.g. basil, parsley, oregano)
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • some olive oil to brush on the mold

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
  2. Mix the tomatoes with the cottage cheese, sour cream and herbs and season with pepper, sugar and salt (if you like, you can also add a little balsamic vinegar to taste).
  3. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti, season again to taste and spread in a casserole dish brushed with a little oil. Pour the sprinkled cheese over it and bake everything at 175 degrees for about 20-25 minutes on the middle rack in the oven (until the cheese is lightly browned)
