  • 480 g cheese (burrata)
  • 1 kg tomato (s) (aromatic variety)
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g spahetti
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the tomatoes and burrata, cut the basil into fine strips. Mix with the oil, season well. Roast the pine nuts until light brown without fat.
  2. Boil the spaghetti, return it to the saucepan and add the sauce. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
