Ingredients
- 400 g spahetti
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 leek
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g processed cheese with herbs
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g cream or milk
- salt and pepper
- marjoram

- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- Fry the minced meat vigorously in the olive oil and add the leek, cut into rings. Pour approx. 1/4 l milk, add the 2 types of cheese and the cream, melt and let everything simmer. Season to taste with salt, pepper and marjoram. If the sauce gets too thick, add a little more milk.
- Serve the sauce with the drained spaghetti.
