- 400 g pasta (spahetti)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli pepper (peperoncino)
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt

- Cooking pasta. Chop the garlic and parsley into small pieces. Roast the garlic and the grated pepper in the oil, add salt and sprinkle with the parsley. Mix with the spaghetti and serve immediately.
