Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti or other pasta
- 250 g Goronzola, or Österkron
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup sour cream
- some chives
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Cut the cheese into pieces and heat. Stir until smooth with a snow stick. Add all other ingredients and stir well. The sauce must not boil.
- Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
