Ingredients
- 500 g spelled, type 630
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 2 teaspoons honey, more liquid
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- Butter, for the mold

- Put the water with the salt and the honey in the kneading bowl. Put the spelled flour on top and crumble the yeast over it.
- Knead the dough with the food processor until it separates from the bowl. If the dough is too firm, add more water, if it is too mushy, add a little more flour.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. The dough must not dry off!
- Then the dough is kneaded vigorously and put into the greased form
- given. Let rise again for 15 minutes. Brush the surface of the dough with water to prevent it from drying out and put the mold in the cold oven.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes and then leave to stand for 10 minutes in the switched-off oven.
- Remove from the mold and spray with cold water. Let cool down.
