Ingredients
- 500 g spelled flour
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 60 g flaxseed
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- Canola oil, or butter for the mold

- Put the flour in a bowl and crumble the yeast. Then add 450 ml of lukewarm water and knead. Gradually knead the vinegar, salt, linseed and sunflower seeds into the dough.
- Grease a loaf pan and add the batter. Bake the bread for 60 minutes at 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Take the bread out of the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
