Mix the flour and liquid into a dough, season and, if desired, add other ingredients such as anise, leek, cabbage, garlic, fresh herbs or roasted onions. Use a damp tablespoon to spread 4 flat cakes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth out. Prick several times with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
