Ingredients
- 220 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 egg (s), separated
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g walnuts, rated
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 120 ml milk

- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and rum until frothy. Gradually stir in the egg yolks.
- Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the mixture alternately with grated walnuts and milk. Beat egg whites into snow, fold in with the chopped walnuts.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan and pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 50–60 minutes.
- Let the Gugelhupf cool, turn it out and decorate with hazelnut chocolate glaze and halved walnuts.
