- 250 g spelled (whole rain spelled), possibly round yourself
- 200 g flour (spelled flour type 630)
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 8 g salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 40 g clarified butter

- Dissolve the yeast in the milk with the honey. Knead the flour, salt and clarified butter in a mixing bowl and with the milk-yeast-honey mixture in the food processor for 12 minutes.
- Then let the dough rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Then knead again, work round and after 10 minutes rest, roll out the dough to the required length and roll up into a strand of dough.
- Place the string of dough in the well-greased loaf pan, with the end facing down. Now let rise for another hour in a warm place.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 45 minutes.
