- 250 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 300 g wheat flour
- 1 ½ pack dry yeast
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 50 ml water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon bread spice mix (as required)

- The buttermilk should be at room temperature, if necessary briefly warmed up in the microwave. Make a dough from all the ingredients. Knead the dough well with the dough hook for 10 minutes.
- Then fill the baking pan and let rise in a warm place for an hour. We put the form for walking in a warm water bath in the sink.
- Briefly preheat the bread maker. Then cut the bread about an inch deep along the top with a sharp knife. Bake in the bread maker for an hour.
- For a nice crust, take the bread out of the mold after the hour of baking and moisten it slightly all around with a water sprayer (which is also used for plants).
- Then bake for another 10 minutes.
