Ingredients
- 250 g spelled flour, (whole rain)
- 450 g spelled flour (type 630)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 35 g wild arlic, fresher
- 475 ml water
- Fat for the shape
- Flour for the mold

- Wash the wild garlic, pat dry and cut finely. Put the two types of flour in a bowl. Add salt, yeast, vinegar and water and knead for about 10 minutes. Finally knead in the wild garlic and the sunflower seeds and cover the dough for a good 30 minutes.
- Then knead again briefly and put in a greased, lightly floured loaf pan. Cut into the dough and let rise for another half an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and put a small, fireproof bowl with water in the oven. Bake the bread on the middle rack for 55 minutes.
- Take out of the oven after baking and let cool for 10 minutes. Then fall out of the mold and let cool down completely.
