Ingredients
- 150 g spelled such as rice or tender wheat
- Salt water
- 150 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 large onion (s), red
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch herbs, Italian, fresh
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 ½ grapefruit (s)
- salt and pepper

- Cook the spelled according to the package instructions in double the amount of lightly salted water until the water is soaked up and mix with a tablespoon of olive oil.
- In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes and scratch them crosswise. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add the whole clove of garlic and tomatoes, sprinkle with the sugar and let caramelize. The clove of garlic can then be removed.
- Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into narrow strips. Wash and chop the herbs, mix both well with the spelled.
- For the dressing, squeeze the grapefruit and mix the juice with salt and pepper and the rest of the olive oil. Mix the spelled with the dressing and serve with the caramelized tomatoes and fresh herbs.
