Ingredients

  • 180 g flour
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 100 ml oil
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 70 ml sour cream, rather thin cream
  • 70 g chocolate, dark, chopped
  • 80 g walnuts, chopped
  • 6 g inerbread spice
  • 2 g anise, round
  • 2 g clove powder
  • 3 g cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cardamom
  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg

For the glaze:

  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 4 tablespoon rum
  • Melt 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water, hot

Instructions
