Spicy Corn Coconut Soup
Instructions
- Chop the onion and fry it.
- Then add the corn and pour in coconut milk. Possibly add a little white wine and sprinkle 2 vigorous splashes of Tabasco on top.
- Then let it boil, let it boil and cook again until the corn is soft enough. Fill up the lack of liquid with vegetable stock.
- When the corn is soft enough, puree the whole thing, bring to the boil again and - depending on your preference - add a few shrimp or not.
- Serve the whole thing with a little pepper on top.
