Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- 50 g rocket
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g herbal cream cheese
- 200 g ham, diced
- some parmesan, fresh
- some oil
- some salt and pepper
- 2 chilli pepper (s), dried

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the rocket and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the diced ham in it. Finely dice chili peppers, onions and garlic and sauté briefly. As soon as the onion is translucent and the ham cubes are crispy, deglaze everything with the vegetable stock. Then add the cream cheese and simmer while stirring. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then put the drained noodles in the pan and mix everything together. Then place the pasta on a deep plate and cover with rocket. Grate fresh parmesan, sprinkle on top and serve.
