Ingredients

  • 0.75 kg ¾ potato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 pickle (s)
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 125 ml cream
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and dice 1cm in size. Let the fat get hot, add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat, turning occasionally.
  2. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Finely dice the cucumber and bacon. Whisk the mustard and cream together.
  3. Fry the bacon in a second pan until crispy. Add minced meat, brown for 5 minutes, add onions and fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the mince, cucumber and cream with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Beetroot, mustard pickles or salad go well with it.
