Ingredients
- 600 g bell pepper (s), cut into strips
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 600 ml broth
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder
- Paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Possibly a sauce thickener, light colored, if necessary
- some olive oil

- Wash and clean the peppers and cut into strips.
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add paprika and sauté until soft. Season to taste with the spices and stir in tomato paste. Deglaze with broth and reduce a little. If necessary tie with a sauce binder.
