- 500 g cream quark
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- salt

- Mix the cream quark with the sour cream and add salt to taste. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and stir in. Put the quark in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Mix again before serving and season to taste.
- Goes with everything grilled, jacket potatoes, raw vegetables or just on bread.
