Ingredients
- 150 g natural yourt
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 50 ml white wine, dry
- 1 large clove garlic
- salt and pepper

- Mix the yogurt with mustard, lemon juice and white wine. Press the garlic and mix with the yogurt sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Chill the dressing until serving, pour over the salad just before serving. Tastes good with leaf salads, tomato salad, tuna salad
