Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a small pan on low - medium heat.
  2. Separate an egg. Leave the yolks in half the eggshell and park them in the egg carton.
  3. Put the egg white, the whole second egg and the remaining ingredients in a cup.
  4. Beat everything with a fork or whisk for 2 minutes until frothy.
  5. Put the omelette mixture in the pan and heat over low - medium heat, stirring constantly, until the eggs start to thicken. Let it stop for a moment.
  6. Now carefully place the egg yolks in the middle of the pan and fry for another 1 - 2 minutes.
  7. The fried floor is ready.
