Instructions
- Heat the butter in a small pan on low - medium heat.
- Separate an egg. Leave the yolks in half the eggshell and park them in the egg carton.
- Put the egg white, the whole second egg and the remaining ingredients in a cup.
- Beat everything with a fork or whisk for 2 minutes until frothy.
- Put the omelette mixture in the pan and heat over low - medium heat, stirring constantly, until the eggs start to thicken. Let it stop for a moment.
- Now carefully place the egg yolks in the middle of the pan and fry for another 1 - 2 minutes.
- The fried floor is ready.
