  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach and squeeze it out after defrosting.
  2. Place a sheet of pastry on a baking sheet and cover with the spinach. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Crumble the feta in a bowl and stir together with the low-fat quark, sour cream and 2 eggs and the egg white of the last egg until creamy. Save the egg yolks. Pass the garlic through the press and add. Season with salt and pepper and pour the mixture onto the spinach.
  4. Cover with the second sheet of pastry and press the edges together firmly. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with pine nuts.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
