Ingredients
- 500 g spinach (frozen)
- 250 ml tomatoes, passed
- 250 g bacon
- 250 g processed cheese
- 1 onion (s)
- 500 g pasta your choice
- salt
- nutmeg

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and defrost the spinach in a separate saucepan.
- Meanwhile, cut the bacon and onions and fry them.
- Simmer the pasta, spinach, tomatoes and processed cheese in a saucepan until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and nutmeg. Add the bacon and onions just before serving, this will keep the bacon crispy.
