Ingredients

  • 1 kg leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 2 cup / s rice (preferably basmati)
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • some olives, black and green, mild
  • Spice (s), your choice
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced

Instructions

  1. Sauté the spinach with the onion in olive oil and add a little water to thaw the spinach. Cook the rice with the salt. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Mix the rice with the spinach and feta cheese. Garnish with the olives.
