Ingredients
- 200 g spinach leaves, fresher
- 0.5 ½ head frize salad
- 6 medium tomato (s)
- 125 g mozzarella
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 0.5 ½ bunch basil

- Sort the spinach, wash it thoroughly and pat dry, clean the frisee and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes and cut out the stalks. Arrange everything on plates.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together. Roast the sunflower seeds in a Teflon pan without fat. Pour the sauce, sunflower seeds and basil leaves over the salad and serve immediately.
