Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 g creamed spinach
  • Grease for the tin
  • Flour, handy for the tray

For covering:

  • 1 jar jam (raspberry or strawberry jam)
  • 1 packet QimiQ (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • sugar
  • some rum

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 eggs, the vanilla sugar and the sugar until frothy. Keep stirring, add the spinach and oil. Mix the flour with the baking powder, fold in.
  2. Bake on a greased and floured baking sheet at 160 ° C for about 25 minutes. Use flour for the baking tray so that the bottom can loosen better!
  3. Let the bottom cool down. Cut away the edges and crumble. The crumbs will later be used as crumbles!
  4. Meanwhile whip the whipped cream with sugar until stiff. Stir the QimiQ with the rum until creamy and fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Brush the base with the red jam, spread the cream on top and sprinkle with the crumble. Keep cool but dry until serving!
