Instructions

Cook the noodles al dente. Steam the spinach in a little garlic, dice the sheep`s cheese, cut the tomatoes into strips.
Mix everything together, add a little balsamic vinegar, the olive oil from the tomato glass and the Italian herbs, season with salt, pepper and the Italian spice mixture and let it steep for at least 3 hours.
